The San Juan Islands best place to dine

For a long time the Bay Cafe has been known as THE place to dine in the San Juan Islands. Having eaten their many times, I'd say this is quite accurate. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, the food is consistantly top notch, and the value (considering soup and salad are included with each dinner) is well above average within the fine dining genre. My "usual" dinner is usually the rackof lamb (the compiments and sauces seem to change quite frequently, so it feels like a whole new experience each time) but they offer nightly specials that include fresh local seafood. When I top my meal off with their devine Chocolate Gateau and peer out at the island sunset, it makes it hard to imagine wanting to be anywhere else!!
